Ok so exactly what is the lemonade diet? It’s a short term fasting detox that allows your digestive system to rest and catup on all the backlogged material that has been clogging up your colon for possibly years. All that waste is toxic and makes you sluggish and sick.
The drink contains lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper and you make it up fresh each time and drink as much as you need during the day but you don’t eat any food.
You also take a laxative tea in the evening and do a salt water flush in the morning. These two things really help get everything moving! You can do this for as little as three days to start seeing a benefit but 10 days is recommended to really give your colon a good clear out.
